1. About the site
This site is operated by Paul Waine and Bobby Nastase (sole traders, UK) to describe TheCost.ai and collect waitlist interest. It is not the product itself.
2. No guarantees
The site and any information on it are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to TheCost.ai or any specific feature, pricing, or timeline.
3. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, submit false information, or use it to harass others. We may block access for misuse.
4. Intellectual property
The TheCost.ai name, logo, copy and design are ours. You may share links to the site freely.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, consequential or incidental loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence).
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
